Kelly Kessen, L.Ac.

Kelly has been working intimately with people since 2006. She began as a wilderness instructor for a therapeutic wilderness program and hasn’t wavered from working in the deep healing realms, as an acupuncturist and healer for the past 10 years. She is passionate about helping people incorporate their innate connection with nature into their daily lives, which stems from her immense love and respect for the natural world. She spends as much time outside as possible, learning from the expressions of the five elements and the vibrations of the natural world.

Kelly Kessen is a licensed Classical Five-Element Acupuncturist and Functional Medicine Practitioner in Boulder, CO. She received her Functional Medicine training through The Kalish Institute where she continues her advanced studies with Dr. Daniel Kalish.

Kelly earned her Masters Degree in Classical Five-Element Acupuncture from the Institute of Taoist Education and Acupuncture (ITEA) in Louisville, CO, where she now has the honor of being a faculty member. She enjoys teaching through a body-centered approach, finding unique ways for students to integrate what they are learning.

Kelly is licensed in the state of Colorado and board certified by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).
